RETURN OR REFUND POLICY

✰ Dope Pepper Design does NOT accept any returns or refunds on custom or made to order items, unless it is the fault of the seller such as wrong color, style or design.

✰ Please know that there may be color variations due to mock-ups, lighting and computer screen differences.

✰ All signs are handmade and may have slight variations or defects. However I inspect all items before shipping for quality.

✰ If you want to request a return or refund, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if there is an issue. After the 5 days, we are not responsible to accept any exchanges and or refunds.

✰ PRODUCTS must be unused. Please contact dopepepperdesign@gmail.com before you ship your item for approval. If the order was our mistake we will send a return label via email. This will insure you that your exchange items make it to the proper place.

✰ Upon receipt of the products we will send the replacement, and or the right product. Dope Pepper Design is not responsible for lost packages due to mistyped addresses or names.

Dope Pepper Design is not responsible for paying shipping for items returned to us because of incorrect addresses / names. We will invoice for the cost of shipping the item a second time.
Dope Pepper Design cannot estimate exact delivery dates or times.
Dope Pepper Design does not guarantee shipping time via our carriers. Delays can and may occur.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL (store credit is option.)
